Hi everyone
I have VLP I use steroid cream. I wonder if anyone can advise on a product they have used, that I could try using during sex to help stop me becoming sore again.
I had a hysterectomy last year and this is when the VLP was diagnosed.

Hi I do not have vlp but do have sjogrens so I am really dry all the time and I use a combination of oils that I make which I use as a lubricant. The recipe comes from an aromatherapy book and I tweeked it a bit! Calendula oil, cannabis oil, hemp seed oil with some beeswax for thickening. All three oils are super healing and the cannabis oil helps with pain.

Hi Carol I use K & Y jel... As recommended by my gynaecologist. Interestingly I feel almost 'normal' down below since substituting Dermovate steroid cream with aloe pura organic aloe Vera jel. It has given me relief of symptoms of lp and I feel my robust and healther down there. So far touch wood been off steroid cream for two months...the longest time since diagnosed 9 months ago. My gaynaecogist is surprised and all for my continuing with this on proviso if symptoms recurr I go back to dermovate
