vomiting one year after gall bladder removal

I can't seem to keep much down after my surgery; certain foods (tomato sauce, high fat) I expected to avoid, but I seem to be sick at least once a day, particularly in the middle of the night, when I am sleeping on my right side. Has anyone else experienced this?

I haven’t experienced it but my suggestion is to take Oxbile.  Someone suggested it to me to take before meals and it has helped me a lot. My surgery was 9 months ago.

That's what I just discovered! Oxi bile is supposed to be great. Also, sleep on your left side, helps digestion.

I agree. I do sleep on my left side too. Ever since the surgery.  A lot more comfortable.

The other item I take along with OXBILE is from a company called ENZYMEDICA.  called LYPOGOLD.  it relieves discomfort associated with fatty foods. I get that from AMAZON.

Stay away from fatty and greasy foods.

Thanks. I'll try this.  I do sleep on my left, but end up turning at night.  Can't help it.
