VP?

I was given a dose of 150 fluconazole by my doctor bc of a yeast infection. I was checking my vagina to see how my discharge was doing and I looked too close and realized I had this flesh like bumps. The bumps dont hurt or itch or have any liquid in them. I touched them with my fingers and didn't feel any discomfort or anything at all. Some are small and others seem a bit longer. In the picture you cant see but I have a similar texture where the white discharge is (the opening of my vag). You can also see one that is specifically long and pointy looking (the arrow is point to it). I got STD tested 9 months ago (all negative) and another chlamydia and gonorrhea test about a month ago and was also negative (doctor tested me again bc I told her I had discharge and started having unprotected sex). Ive had the same partner for 4yrs and he is clean. My best guess is that its vestibular papillonatosis (VP). I plan on talking to my doctor but bc of Covid its hard rn. Rn I'm just really freaked out. If you have any opinion if what this could be or if you have something similar it would really help to hear your thoughts. thximage

HI! The discharge is easily cleared up with a CLOTRIMAZOLE Pessary, which you can buy over the counter, re the bump, I cannot help, I think you will have to get them seen by your G.P. Good Luck..
