picture is shown below, lately ive been really itchy and swollen, it was painful during sex as well , i told my doctor and he gave me thrush/yeast infection cream but ive noticed these sores/dots and they are a little painful if i scratch them . just need help please im not sure if its vestibular papillomatosis or something worse
