What exactly are you worried about? The issue here is its a single blurry photo and youre pulling the skin with a lot of force. Anything will look strange from one blurry angle and pulling with a lot of force.

it s about those groups of bumps near my nail, i have never had them before

You may not have noticed them before but you are pulling on the skin hard here. I cannot tell from this single angle and dark photo whether there is presence of disease. You can either upload more/better photos or simply see your gp and ask for a full std panel including herpes igg. that will put your mind at ease.
