VP or Genital Warts

i am very sorry for the graphic image attached.

i recently had unprotected sex with a guy.. he is a surgeon which you would think that means he is clean but you never know!! He also seemed very experienced which scared me into examining my vagina for signs of anything... when i examined my vagina i saw these two lines of bumps on either side of the opening and two small bumps on the bottom. All are circled in the image. I had a pap done with all the testing and I am waiting for the results.

When i asked my doctor about the bumps she just said that she just thought that was just how my vagina was, as everyone's was different... she asked me if i noticed them growing or anything and honesty i don't know because i don't examine my vagina normally!!

Please let me know if you believe these to be VP or genital warts! (will a pap even tell me if it is warts?) I am so scared and legit cry like every night over it.

i went to get it checked out and get all std testing and everything was negative. When i asked my doctor she said it was just extra skin and it was just how my vagina was and there was nothing to worry about !!
