VP or HPV?

hey,

I noticed this at vagina opening (sorry for photos).

I'm currently not sexually active, have been with one guy.

I went to gyn 7 months ago and everything was fine (I havent had sex in period from then to now so I'm pretty sure its not some kind of STD, but here just to check because I'm seeing someone right now and dont want to get him in danger of contact with something. have an apointment with gyn in 3 weeks).

do you know what this could be?image
