VP or Warts? Does anyone know what this is?

Ive had these for three months. Painless and do not itch. ive had two pelvic exams (2.5 months apart) where i was told these were "normal". the first doctor did not give me a diagnosis but said they would go away on their own. the second doctor also said they were normal and she called them "epidermal cysts". she said these did not look like warts. However, i researched what a vulvar epidermal cyst looks like, and none of the pictures look like what i have. She also did a swab but she only said I had BV. Im not sure what else the swab tests for, if anything else. The first pic is the day that i discovered the bumps when my vulva was covered in them. Second picture is what it looks like today. ive had negative std tests for everything but i have not been tested for hpv. any insight?

    by the way, the majority of those bumps cleared up within days. the bumps that have lingered since (second pic) have not changed in size or number . they just wont go away.

    The pictures just show vulvar papillomas. Nothing to worry about.
