VP or warts? or something else? please help

I got this checked out about a week ago by a general doctor (not a gyno). They said it could be herpes and gave me some medications for it. For me these do not look like herpes at all (they don't itch, hurt, or feel like anything). I still took the pills they prescribed, but it did not do anything, it still looks the same. I can't go see a gynecologist because of the corona. For me these look kinda like VP, but can VP only be on one side? Could someone please help?

In the first pic the area looks a bit red, but that's just because I touched it so much while trying to take the pic. Normally it's not red. Here is another pic (without flash)

      Hi alv,

They are very likely to be VP, not herpes or genital warts. The photo does show a more prolific collection on the right side, but if you look carefully the left side has them as well, but not as numerous.
