Vulva bumps - please help me

I am extremly concerned ... a few weeks ago I noticed a kind of bump on the inside of my inner labium.

Since yesterday my vulva itches and now I've seen sooo many of this bumps.

(my sexual partner has little bumps on his glans but I thought these were just "Hirsuties papillaris penis")

I have no idea at all what this could be ... and how fast I have to go to a doctor. I'd be so thankful for your help!

    i have the same thing with u check my post , i went to my gyno he said its something physical and its called vestibular papilomatosis, personally i got them from yeast infection and candiasis , im suffering 2 months ago ... dont worry but if you're thinking about it visit your doc

      I'm sure now that I've a yeast infection...

      Since yesterday evening I'm using medicine for that ...I'll see how it goes.
