Vulva irritation HELP!!

I'm a woman in my 20's suffering from a vulva irritation. My symptoms are mild burning/stinging sensation that haven't disappeared for a month and the skin is only slightly red between labias. I'm feeling the discomfort only externally, from clitoris to my buttock, and the skin gets quite irritated by my pubic hair. Other symptoms I don't have; no bumps, no abnormal discharge nor smell. Sex has always been a little painful, but I've figured that lubes works wonders.
I went to the gyn one day and she said that I'm suffering from dryness and gave me Vagifem and Pimofucort that are supposed to help and I've been using them for a week now. Pimofucort has some cortisone in it and it is supposed to ease the burning feeling and redness. I can say that I'm not that dry anymore, but there is no improvement in other symptoms. I'm switching to Ovestin estrogen cream tomorrow, but I'm sceptical.
Everything that I've tried so far:
-too many yeast infection treatments
-bv and trichomonas treatment
-gonorrea and chlamydia tests negative
-HPV vaccined
-healthy lifestyle (no alcohol, sugar, loose clothes..)
-greek yogurt
I'm starting to lose hope since nothing seems to help 😦 Does anyone know what this could be? Any other skin condition (even though my vulva skin looks quite healthy despite the redness between labias, near clitoris)? Vulvodynia? Cancer? Please help

Dear Suu,
Since we can't see it, it's hard to say. Red skin comes from many causes. Inflammation is characteristic of lichen sclerosus but usually there is some whitening of the tissues. Is the cream helping? When did you get the HPV vaccine? How much time was there between the vaccine and the redness? I don't think the estrogen is going to do much because you don't know what your estrogen level actually is, do you? Since you're not menopausal, your estrogen is probably ok. Have you tried preparation H? I know it's for hemorrhoids but you can use it on vulval skin and it has painkillers in it. Coconut oil? Does it hurt any particular time of day?

Thank you for your answer, really appreciate it.
I've been thinking about lichen sclerosus, but me and my gyn weren't able to see any whitening and my symptoms don't get worse at any particular time of a day. Maybe this is still possible.
I got vaccined years ago, maybe it has been 4 years already and I haven't tested my estrogen levels. My gyn said that estrogen cream helps with the dryness I'm having but nothing has worked so far. I wonder if the dryness I'm having can actually cause this and how long it takes for my tissues to heal if this is the case?
