I've noticed my vulva has been really itchy recently. I'm in a long term relationship and don't use protection so am worried I may have an sti or thrush/yeast infection. When having a look for any physical symptoms I noticed that near my vaginal opening there's what i think could be a sore (it doesn't hurt but the colouring has worried me)
Any help would be appreciated
