Vulva pain and inflammation

so background story i was taking plan bs alot.. more then usual. the last tine i took a plan b a day later my vagina and vulva started to feel very odd. I was extremly dry it was so painful.. i went to the doc got tested for std etc and it came back i had a yeast infection. i treated the yeast infection but was still having symptoms like stinging, stabbing, raw feeling, and inflamattion. so fast forward to now the stinging has went away but does come back occasionally.. sometimes it can be painful to sit and i have a dull achy feeling. intercourse does not hurt but after the entrance of my vulva /vagina is swollen and painful. ive been to many docs and they dont know .. i strongly believe the plan bs have messed up something in my body. the docs dont think so. i have pics of my vulva and it does not look normal. i cry everday bc iam afraid ill have to deal with this for the rest of my life. please any advice about what possibly it could be or any treatments/test i should demand from my doc. this pic is the swelling around the entrance that comes and goes after sex or pooping or sitting or moving too much.imageimageimage

    Please get checked for Vulvovaginitis. Plan B can absolutely cause pelvic pain and inflammation, and a good specialist would be able to connect some dots especially if you used plan B regularly. Swelling may or may not be related to Plan B, and is symptomatic of many things. Your photos don't look terribly unusual though some swelling is definitely noticeable.

    if you are talking about emergency pills, it won't cause anything like that.

    it harbours many microbes and most of them are good. even sometimes good microbes gets diagnosed wrong and an antibiotic destroys it further. use any intimate wash if available in your country.

    get some anti inflammatory for 7 days topical or oral both should work

    to me it looks like, you are not lubricating from glands, let me know the cycle day on which you took pics.

    avoid emergency pills

      i was ovulating i believe when i took those pics. but my vulva looks like that 24/7 after pressure is applied pooping sitting etc, it is so painful. please explain more about the intimate wash. And as for the anti inflammatory what is the name ? please help iam so depressed.. dont know if i cam deal with this much longer
