Emma, it may be some VP but nothing to worry about if you have never had any sexual contact. Vulvas and vaginas are all sorts of shapes, sizes and some are smooth and some have this sort of look. A creamy white consistency is quite usual and should be more heavy mid cycle when you are ovulating. You are totally OK, dont worry.

just in case no one sees my post!

I just got out the shower maybe an hour ago and I used an exfoliating rag in between my outer lips (vulva), over my clitoris hood, and over my two inner lips. Right after i rinsed out the soap it started to burn! I looked through the camera of my phone and the hood of my clitoris was red, in pain, and swollen. The inner lips were in pain also but i have no burning anywhere else! no weird discharge, or smell and no discomfort in or around the vaginal opening or on the outer lips. i lifted my hood as best as i could stand it because it hurt to touch and it look raised all the way around, it doesnt feel like bumps or anything but i also cannot see any cuts. i can feel where the pain is though and my clit is super red! please tell me if i just scrubbed too hard or if a rash could be forming! i can post pics if need be!

Deeptoot, why oh why are you using an exfoliating rag on your vulva. Please stop it...you are doing yourself no favours. The vulva and vagina are very delicate areas and need tender loving care and certainly not exfoliating. Im not surprised you are burning. Just use luke warm to cold water to gently rinse your vulva. Just once per day is fine. NO shower gel or soap or special vulva washes.. You could also try a mild healing ointment like Savlon at night, but please, nothing else.
