Vulval problems (pain and discomfort)

when i was about 13 years old i noticed these growths on my vulva/labia but i didnt think much if it because i never felt pain from these growths. but i am now 19 years old and i have noticed that these growths have grown and spread. these growths have been causing me pain and a lot of discomfort over the past couple of days. does anyone know what this could possibly be? image any advice/ help will be greatly appreciated.
