vulvar burning, opinions... please

Hello, I barely know where to start, well I have vulvar burning, specifying that I feel burning in the vestibule of the lower lips, sometimes near the clitoris and at the entrance of the vagina ... kind of hard to explain where it is located because everything seems to be burning! It's been 4 months. I don't think it's a fungal or bacterial infection because I have no abnormal discharge, no bad smell is EVERYTHING NORMAL my cycle is normal my mucus, everything is fine. The only symptom is this burning that lasts 24 hours a day, I stopped wearing tight clothes I sleep without panties etc ... nor I use tight clothes because the burning gets worse, I don't know what to do anymore it is getting very difficult for me. I'm starting to think it's Vulvodynia. My vagina looks healthy, normal (I leave the photo) Has anyone ever been or is going through something like this? Do you have any idea what it might be? Every opinion is welcome, the more the better ... If you know any medicine that helps tell me ... It's been 4 months of burning, I'm already getting depressed 😔

I have vp they come and go but I don't think it's related to that ...

Yes, it was what I wanted most, but because of the pandemic here in my city they are only marking specific cases like pregnant women etc ... Do you think it would be an STI? I believe not because there is nothing abnormal ...

based on what i can see i wouldnt say an std. but you would have to have a pelvic exam since you are in pain to rule it out. because your hurting your doctor should see you. you can also call your local health clinic.. and some GP will do pelvic exams and pap smears. if all else fails go to an urgent care your vagina shouldnt be hurting.

What do you mean a pattern ??? I did not understand...

But I feel that the area is inflamed, it is very distressing ... but I will go after a gynecologist, as I am a minor I will be accompanied with my mother it is so frustrating because we do not have a very good relationship...

      I hope it's nothing serious🙏

Do you have different pictures that show any type of irritation?

Not at the moment, but visualizing has a super normal coloring, does not show irritated points 😕

That is really odd something has to be causing it. Does the color in the folds of your labia on the sides look the same? Have you changed detergent recently?

no, i always used the same one it never caused me irritation ... I don't know if it's due to hormonal problems because it usually gets much hotter in my fertile phase

It very well could be hormonal but it is odd that it has been happening for so long. I think a pelvic exam and some blood work is probably the only way to get it figured out.

Hello I'm coming to update my case, I went to the gynecologist and he examined me, I also did the Pap test He said that everything is fine both externally and internally, he said that the burning must be due to the fact that I was producing a little more mucus, he gave me the ointment (gel) whose name is metronidazole I used seven days, but it didn't improve 100% of the burning sometimes I still feel burning ... my return to see the preventive is next month, but I don't think so it's no big deal ... what do you think?

I had similar symptoms for months, and doctors gave me also metronidazole and different yeast medications, but the burning didn't go away. I was desperate and finally a doctor checked my discharge in the microscope and showed that I had Desquamative Inflammatory Vaginitis. It might be something else, but I think if you could find a doctor who uses the microscope would help your diagnose. Also, when I checked online the disease symptoms, I didn't have the main ones...but the diagnose was the same. Hope you can find the treatment for it!

Hello, thank you for your comment, well I did the treatment with metronidazole, I didn't see any results after I used it, but after two weeks the burning disappeared completely, I thought it was strange ...

It is weird yes, but happy for you that it's gone, sometimes stress, food or hormones play a role...hope it doesn't come back!
