Vulvar Irritation, Itching and Burning

I've been dealing with chronic vulvar irritation, itching, burning and discharge for almost 2 years. I have seen multiple doctors, have tested negative for STDs, and have been given antibiotics and cream without relief. Each doctor I've seen has treated me for BV, a yeast infection or both. I've also been told its irritation from products I've used, but never gets any better by changing to unscented. Does anybody know what this is? Please help!!image,

    I know this is an old post but did you find out what it was and did the steriod help. thanks
