Vulvar itching - please help!

I've had vulvar itching which spread to my anus for 3 months now, did a vaginal swab and a vulvar swab, tested stool for parasites and the vulvar swab came back positive for Klebsiella oxytoca. I took amoxicilin for 10 days and during those days the itching was totally gone. 2 days after I finished the antibiotic the itching is back and now I have a couple of red spots that I haven't had before. Could this be herpes? Or any idea on what's going on?image

    You may need a different antibiotic. Go back to whoever gave you the amoxicillin and explain. Kleb can be resistant to several antibiotics.

      but they did an antibiogram and the kleb that I have is sensitive to both of those antibiotics(i used amoxicilline and cefuroxime I think), do you still think I need a different antibiotic?

      Either a different one or just a longer course of the one you have been taking, or even a different combination. Its worth asking.
