Anyone suffering with this please give me some advice

    Yes! After seeing many different doctors, I finally found a pelvic floor physical therapist that diagnosed me with overactive pelvic floor muscles. I have only had 3 PT sessions and I am already feeling better.

    Bally, I started a discussion some time go called “how I cured my vulvodynia”. Click on my name and you should find it. I explain the various treatments that worked for me and other women have shared their success stories on there too. The main message is - it may take some time and lots of trial and errors, but it is possible to be pain free again.
