Vulvodynia it hurts please help me. Can’t sit.

It started with an uti and a lot of antibiotics. I had vaginismus since I was a little girl. That made it impossible for a gynecologist to touch me. So, they had to put me in narcosis. They only found out that my mucous were a bit irritated. I started using oversterin and it helped a little bit and then nothing. I came to the conclution that I had vulvodynia. I stared using sarotex and it helped until it did not do anything for me. My doctor gave me neurontin. The first tablet helps me, but when I take another one it does not do anything. I am going to a physiotherapist and she said that I should massage the area. So I probably went overboard with it and now it hurts like hell again. I think the pain is located between uretha and vagina. It hurts to pee as well. I am going to start with acupunture, but what more can I do? Another physiotherapist said not to touch it because it can make it worse. She also said not to do any pelvic floor exercise. Than how am I suppose to get better then? Please help. I am desperate. I'm only 19 years old and i feel like nobody understands.

oh you poor love! i had the same symptoms as you for years!! until i went to a urologist ... it turns out i had very very minor vulvadina my main problem was a serverly inflammed urethra that was so inflammed it started to close and shrink ... i had a quick procedure to widen it and then 1 weekly urethral cleaning for 6 weeks and i tell you iam like a new women ... my advice - go see a urologist and google "insterstital cystitus"

Thank you for your advice. It means a lot. I feel so hopeless and alone in this. However, I will not give up!

I will look in to it, but I think I have volvodynia because I tried sarotex and it helped a little bit, but the next day it did not do anything. But im sure it has something to do with my nerves. I have tried tramadol and it did nothing for me. I saw a urologist and he said I did not have intersertial cystitus.
