Wait before shaving again after MC has cleared up?

After six months of fighting MC using scalpels, TCP and tea tree oil, mine appears to have cleared up, but I'm still being very careful with towels and other potential contamination and I still dry the previously-affected areas with tissue or a hair dryer.
My questions are, how long should I continue using separate towels and razors now that my MC looks like it's over? Because getting MC has really scared me, I will start using separate razors anyway, at least for my genitals and the rest of my body, but is there still the chance that it's lurking on my skin invisibly, so I might spread it on my arms and upper body with one razor and spread it on my lower body with the other razor?
Kinda feels like the effects will be with me for life so I wanted opinion on when to start feeling and acting normally again? Thank you!

I'm gonna be honest with you, I don't think ill ever shave my genitals again. For real. I still have my mollescum but it is definitely healing. once it's gone for good - like waiting a good 5 or 6 months, I'm going to buy a groupon and get laser hair removal. The laser will kill any tiny ones that might be hiding too. I'm never shaving my genitals again, even though that sounds exreme. I feel literally scarred for life from this experience and I never want to chance it again. Just trim for now and then laser for later. I thought I beat mollescum before, waited a month and then shaved and it came back worse than the first time. so now I'm not going to chance it. Every thing I've read says to wait a until you have 3 months without any new bumps.

you have to shave for laser hair removal! i got molluscum and am getting it treated with beetle juice hoping it goes away for good but am to scared to ever shave again (as this is the reason i noticed it in the first place). i was doing laser hair removal when my molluscum popped up and now have to lie to the people who do my laser that im on my period so they dont ask questions lmaoo multiple people have said to wait the three months after last treatment or last one goes away to shave/ wax so sadly i have to trim for a while and miss out on appointments for my brazillian area

Usually the wait is 3 months with after the last one treated. Constantly check for new ones. The thing about this MC is that it is infected by contact or sharing towel. I used paper towel to dry that area then throw it away.
