Hi Christine I find trying to keep positive does help, their are days when I struggle especially when Im feeling very low. But when I feel perky I am more positive. I have to say my pet hate is waiting especially if you have an appointment your on time they are running late. I know it cant be helped at times, but it sends my stress levels through the roof. 1 hospital appointment I had I was sat waiting over an hour want amused take care gentle hugs

Yea I know what you mean..I once waited over an hour and a half..then when I inquired at the reception...they told me the specialist had been called to the hospital on an emergency...although I thought grr..I then thought, well thank God the emergency wasn't me..that's it isn't it?... we can either go down with it or up...be blessed Kaz, hooe you having a lovely day..over there.. :-) xxx.

      Hi Kaz

I know the feeling- yesterday I waited just over two hours in hospital for my appointment. All for a three minute visit with the consultant!
