Waiting all day.... to go back to bed

Just having a   moan 🙄 felt good yesterday and worked out really hard .... didn’t get enough sleep and from the moment I woke up ... watching the clock as can’t wait for bedtime . 

I used to take a nap every day but now .. I’m way to anxious and although I’m soooo tired can’t take one agh!!!

Nothing is working b12 coffee keeping busy ...  I just want to sleep 12 hours!!!

    Wow, this sounds like me. I actually wake up in a weepy state every day (I just posted about this a day ago)

    I cannot wait to go to bed at night.  I pretty much go earlier and earlier. 

    Very sad. I get by each day and accomplish just what I need to in order to get by.

      Today is the most tired I think I’ve EVER been .. but could not nap ! 😳 my eyes hurt .. I’m dizzy ... Trying to stay up until at least 7pm ... crazy wild night !

      It’s no life Nanc !!! I’ve not been too bad lately but a busy day yesterday and a tough workout last night just exhausted me ... I never woke up today !

      No disco dancing for us tonight !

    I too often look forward to bedtime!! : )  In fact, I hope to be in bed by 9:30 tonight!  Really sad for a Friday night but I really need the extra rest.

    Hi there. 

    Just noticed you talk about the fact you are so anxious. But you also say you drink coffee which won’t help the matter. Maybe you should try Dutch the coffee  and I found when I cut out sugar and sugary food my anxiety dropped so much it was unreal. I couldn’t believe it. I went from been afraid to be alone to out walking every day and no problems been alone. Sugar definitely drives your anxiety through the roof

      It’s not that I’m crazy anxious I just can’t nap anymore ? I don’t think I’m relaxed maybe generally worried about all this meno stuff and the future . I drink mostly decaf but started having a weak cup of regular coffee to help me workout .... got sick of lying there for hours trying to nap . 

      And yes my diet is excellent no dairy wheat sugar and meat only occasionally . I eat right without ... can’t do anymore .
