waiting for biopsy results

I have an extremely sore, dry pereneium (sp) painful sex. Now I am experiencing very blochy abdomen with 3 - 4" hard white patches of skin. this is on stomach, inside of thighs, sides of breasts and painful dry underarms. The extreme dry skin with white spot develop into hard white large patches. I went to dermatologist and she did biopsy..Waiting for results. To note, I do have Antiphospho Lipid disease. Which is an autoimune disease.

I am very anxious and do not know what to expect next. Thanks for listening.

    Forgot. The Derm has suggested It may be Lichens Sclerosus.
