Waiting for hysterectomy, put on so much weight!

I've been on various meds such as Provera for the last two years in an attempt to manage my fibroids. Was scheduled for ablation but on the day it was found to be not suitable. Now waiting for a hysterectomy, was scheduled for last month but was cancelled due to pandemic pressures. But I'm putting on so much weight, I don't know how to stop it and hope someone can give me some tips, confirm that I need to just put up with it, or if I should be talking to my doctor (I'd rather not bother them with this unless it's a worrying symptom). I'm 44, 5 foot 3, and currently 13 stone. Had put on a little weight with Provera, but still within my height range. Provera was stopped in November (when I was due for the ablation) and was given a Decapeptyl injection to curb the fibroids in anticipation of surgery. Had another since to keep it going until the operation. Also on HRT (Tibolone). Since then, weight has piled on (3 stones in 3 months) and I'm scared of putting any more on. My paperwork is showing that my uterus is 12-14 week size so I know some of the extra weight is coming from that. I'm doing my best to eat well and exercise within my limits (walking, light yoga), but it keeps piling on and I'm scared of putting any more on. Nothing fits and I feel really heavy and unfit. Is this normal?

I would recommend trying herbal cures if hysterectomy is not what you want. I was advised to get a hysterectomy as well. I began an herbal remedies and haven't looked back.

      Hello,

Thanks for responding. I'm happy to get a hysterectomy, I have been trying different approaches for a long time, and I'm ready for it to be over and done with. What herbal remedies did you use?
