Waiting on period... almost 30 days late

my period literally ended 11/11 and started ovulating 2 days after. now at the ending of my ovulation i saw spotting .. and then my cycle came back on a week later 11/20 heavy bleeding like it literally fell down my legs . could me taking a plan b be the reason for me having my period twice in one month and it changing up / being late?

update: it does not show heavy on the pad but really light

update 12/19: month of december and havn't gotten my period yet
