Waiting on results - but looking for your thoughts

4 weeks ago I had sex with a new partner - it was an intense session and went on almost continuously for 6 hours!

Naturally the next day I expected to be tender but by the night time I was in extreme pain when I urinated.  Thinking it was cystitis I just drank lots and got on with things. When things were still agony after 2 days I got out the mirror and found what looked like 3 mouth ulcers

I had an appointment booked for a health check and had these swabbed for herpes (god that hurt), and after a week one of the sores went away and the pain stopped. The final ulcers healed after 3 weeks.

One week later I meet this guy again (no intense session), and the same thing happens - gets to the following night and I’m in agony when I pee and I can see the starts of an area that looks like it is going to flare up.

My results are still not back jn and in ordered Acyclovir online to try and head it off (if it is herpes).

The only thing making me question it is the quick turn around from sex to symptoms?

I will try to add pictures

I'm gonna be honest if it's ulcers, it is very likely herpes. Rarely anything else gives you ulcers. Based on my research at least

How did you order acyclovir online ?

You can do it via Superdrug - you have to fill in information that gets assessed by a GP and it’s cost me £25 for 2 courses (it was £20 for one)

So I went to NHS 24 and got an OOH appointment - and a prescription for aciclivor and lidocaine. So glad I did as that red patch turned ugly pretty quickly!

My pathology for this doesn’t follow type at all - I show all symptoms within 24 hours and they come on fast and hard, my second breakout is far worse than my first (although is now in retreat thanks to the aciclovor).

Now heavily researching how to best prevent further breakouts
