Waiting times in scotland for hip replacement?

I am still awaiting for a date for both my pre op  and my surgery. I just wondered how long people are waiting in Scotland on the NHS.

I have now waited over 12 months. Getting a bit fed up now.

How long have you waited??

    I'm in England. Saw Consultant privately,back in February this year. Put through to NHS list. Had operation 12/7 !! Pretty quick really.

      That was very quick. Hope you are doing ok post surgery.

    When I had my right hip done in February 2015 I had seen the surgeon the previous October, I was meant to have had the op in the January but I caught a cold so was put back a month. Now I need the left doing and I can’t even get a routine GP appointment to start the ball rolling! They are only taking emergency appointments until at least September!
