    Hi

I also have something like that where there is like a groaning gurgling noise coming from my stomach/gullet and I have extreme pain on swallowing food or drink.  I was diagnosed with H Pylori just over a month ago and received treatment and although things improved a little it was short lived.  I've been retested for H Pylori and I'm currently waiting for the results.  I've also had an endoscopy and it revealed gastritis as well as the tummy bug and a small hiatus hernia.  My gastroenterologists thinks that the hiatus hernia may be causing problems with the sphincter at the lower end of the gullet and the hernia may need to be repaired.  I'm waiting for tests on my gullet to measure the pressure and whether I have acid reflux.

Whatever the reason for your symptoms I think you need to see your GP and maybe even see a specialist for some tests doing.

Oh Debbi I feel for you .

I was diagnosed with H Pylori about 1yr ago so am wondering if it is that again .I don't have problems with swallowing. Do you get lower abdominal pain ..good luck for the results of your tests xx

I get a little cramping in the lower abdomen but most of the pain is in the stomach area (epigastric).
