Waking Up, Feeling Weird

Has anyone here ever woken up, feeling like you're in a daze/dream? I believe I'm dealing with a lot of derealization, and I know I'm dealing with Harm OCD, as well...

I wake up feeling like I'm in a dream, and all throughout the day, I'm going through the motions. There's a few times, where for maybe an hour, I'll feel OK, then that dreamy state will come along and ruin it, along with my Harm OCD. I'll have this weird distorted vision, and things get blurry. I have trouble reading books now, because I can't concentrate on what's going on, with my anxiety and the vision problems.

If anyone has gone through this, please let me know...

It lasts most of the day... There's days where it only happens for a quarter of my day, but usually it's for half the day. rolleyes

I love to read, but all of this, makes it hard to see what I'm reading, and hard to concentrate, even if I can read it well.
