Walking wirh my Nordic Walkers every DAY now!

Had never heard of Nordic Walkers or actually walkers of any kind until I found this forum.
They are amazing after getting off my REAL "walker"...& then my cane.
I am now walking for hip strengthening & just good ole EXERCISE an hour per day & I've got about 10# to drop & walking does this for me...
I'm now 16 weeks out from LTHR that required 2 revisions cuz of my anatomy.
Have a great day y'all.

Well done!! 👍🏽 Wishing you all the best!! Especially after 2 revisions!! I had to have one after I dislocated my first hip replacement!! I'm 10 months out and still struggling with limping, stillness, nerve pain and sensitivity. Your story brings hope that I'll get there!! Hugs 🤗 LINDA

That is really such good feedback but please would you remind us which type they are as I recall one member saying that there are two different types and that it is important to select the correct one.
Best wishes Richard

Be sure to get a solid piece not those made in China that lol in place because they can break! Mine are made in Norway & are around $70.00.
They really do help with my balance.
