Okay, I am going to ask a couple of question that may or may not be directly related to what you see now on your penis:

    .

    • Can you fully expose the glans / head of your penis by drawing your foreskin down towards the base of your penis towards your body?
    • Do you masturbate regularly, either every now and again, or quite frequently?
    • If you do, do you apply anything to your penis such as a skin cream or something like Baby Lotion?

      .

Purely in terms of what you see I think you are going to get the correct medical treatment for this - I would suggest you contact your own GP / Family Doctor, or if you can see a Dermatologist, then again, make an appointment.

If you are in the UK you could also go to a GUM Clinic, these are most often based at General Hospitals - you can do an online search for " GUM Clinic near me " - get the phone contact number first and ask if you can get an in-person appointment.

And no, these are not just for people who are sexually active - they are for all genital and reproductive related health issues

Yes I can fully expose the head of penis. But after these patches it became difficult to pull.

i think i was masturbating too frequently without any lub/oil/cream for 2-3 months and stopped after i start seeing these patches/bumps.

It is most likely that you have a severe genital skin condition - you must seek the medical professional attention that I have already detailed to you.

Appropriate medication needs to be put in place, sooner rather than later - if you happen to leave this, the only likely treatment would include circumcision.

I would further suggest that until you have the correct medication you must not:

      .

      • Masturbate or have sex
      • Apply anything that has an oil base, so this is the vast majority of skin creams and lotions, baby oil or lotion

        As well as:

        .

      • Minimise exposure to soap and shower gel, do not apply these directly to the upper part of your penis.
      • When you shower ensure that you rinse soap and other forms of body wash from your entire genital region and penis at the end of your shower
      • you must also fully dry the tip and foreskin area of your penis very carefully so as not to further damage the distressed / unhealthy skin
      • fully dry your entire genital region so no moisture remains
      • It is most likely you will need to do these things for the remainder of your life
      • Formulate a penile hygiene regime so that you learn from what may be making your penile skin worse and obviously avoid these
      • You must ONLY use towels that you would use, if you are in a shared house or live with family ensure they cannot use your towels

        .

Once you have seen a medical professional update your Forum Post here and I can guide you further with any questions or issues you may have .....
