Want to talk about your sleeping disorder?

Hi everyone
Thank you for checking out my post.
I'm a freelance journalist currently writing a feature on sleeping disorders. As a long term sufferer of a number of sleep-related disorders myself, I know all to well how detrimental they can be for someone's career, relationships and general day to day life.
I want to shine a light on the severity of sleeping disorders and am looking for UK based case studies to speak to for the article. I'm particularly interested in those aged 20-35 and have disorders such as sleep walking, insomnia and narcolepsy, who would be willing to discuss the impact it is having, or has had, on their life.
Of course you can remain entirely anonymous if you prefer!
Anyone who might be interested or who would like a bit more info, please feel free to reply to this thread and I can provide you with some contact details!

Hi Alexa,
I don't fall anywhere near your age group, but I have a 50-year history of sleep paralysis with quite severe hallucinations, as well as an intense period of night terrors around the menopause (although they arise from the other phase of sleep). I also suffered from insomnia and sleep anxiety for most of my working life, seemingly brought on, or at least exacerbated, by a year-long period of working an impossible shift system in my mid-20s.
I leave it up to you as to whether you want to contact me or not.
