I think amd fel the same way and I have been going through this for 5 months. I have had anxiety for over 10 years and only just started having panic attacks 5 months ago. I hope and think that's what they are but I don't even know they scare me so bad and I really feel like I'm going to collapse and diesad when it happens to me they last about 10 or 15 mins and I have to sit down and go somewhere I feel comfortable and safe. I don't hyperventilate like gasp for air but I get sweaty and feel weak and almost like I'm going to faint. It feels like when you haven't eaten for a while and your starving and u get that weak faint feeling. Does this sound like a panic attack?

Thank you so much for your reply. I have never had this happen I have always had anxiety but never like this. It seems to happen when I'm out at the mall or grocery store or in crowds and also when I'm home if I have anxious thoughts and somwtimes for o reason when I don't think I'm anxious at that moment. Ever since it started I have felt like a different person like I'm not myself and not ever going to feel myself againsad I haven't wanted to go out or do anything or even talk to friends. I lay down all day long amd I'm so tired of feeling this way

It's a mind game it tricks you into thinking you have so you panick and panick about it. Go to the doctors and make them do tests to put your mind at ease about things. Unless you have physically been making yourself sick aka not sleeping, stressing so much your physically sick I don't think you have anything to worry about. Anxiety in its self can cause issues such as needing the toilet a lot and things like that! If your concerned call 111 and tell them how you are feeling and they will help you. It's a non emergency nhs number xx

Hey how are you today , its all a mind thing , even though that's hard to believe in our case of actually having to deal with this . I fight with myself everyday trying to convince myself its not real I'm okay and it will pass because I'm healthy based on test results, BTW I went and bought the l-theanine I tool one earlier today like thus morning 100mg and I'm getting ready to take another one within the next half hour I feel it sis give me a more calming relaxing effect. Thanks so.much for your advice about that vitamin . so far so good. But anyway you are not going to die or anything like that even though it feels that way we will eventually be fine .

Its ironic that a fight or flight respose makes you feel like you are dying, but it does.you are not. Its very debilitating and scary and why it happens to so many people is still unfortunately unknown. Its a dysfunction in your mind that has become a horrible pattern. The good news is you can learn to manually calm yourself down. Cbt, eft, edmr and mindfullness are your tools. Most definitely someone in family has this besides you. Ill bet within the next decade science will know a lot more so hold on and know 18% of the population is dealing with this as well. It does wax and wane. Your goal is to believe in yourself and believe you are going to get through this. Know now your thoughts are thoughts and not facts at all.just because you think a negative thing by no means is it true. Hayhouse radio is very enlighting and useful as is pinterest on anxiety and remidies. Meditation is very useful especially mindfullness mediatations sciemce has prooven it absolutely alters the brain in a good way. Healing mediations are the useful ones. I hate it too and have been on and off with it for almost three decades BUT it can go away for a bit as well and i have accepted it as a dysfunction that i can over ride manually most of the time. Diet is extremly important the adrenaline rushes deplete the body so eat healthy and keep hydrated. Take a b complex vitamin daily. Avacadoes, bananas, celery, hemp,  kale and dark berries are excellent. Ginger is wonderful and holy basil chopped half a cup and eat it. Calming. Drink lemon water and lots of it. You do not have to accept having anxiety all the time. Anxiety comes with a terrible energy. There are foods are really healthy for you during stress. The Earth diet basically. You are not going to die. Too many people do not get the connection between crappy diets and your health at least fuel the body properly a breathe properly.

The truth is anxiety and stress take a toll on us physically.  The body gets stressed, from having adrenaline pump through it.  Those of us with anxiety really tense up and that is why may feel drained, fatigued, etc.  It is a known fact that when the body is stressed over and over, our immune system is low.  Making us more prone to being sick.  I don't if you have talked with your doctor about your anxiety yet?  I would recommend they check your thyroid to check for any imbalance. This has been know to cause people to have depression and anxiety, as well other disorders.
