Hi my name is Annette, I have been on this drug for five years 30mg, after reading people's comments I'm concerned about trying this process.. Is. there any positives out there at all. Cheers

When taking any medication long term the choice to come off of it needs to be discussed with your GP, once that has been done and you are both in agreement then they will advise you what daily dose you need and how long it will take to get down to 0 meds per day.
What reason has brought you to the decision to cease this medication are you considering taking another in its place to help with the anxiety
