I'm recently diagnosed with blepharitis and dry eye. I have tried to get along with the warm compresses but whenever I do it I always feel worse. My eyes feel more gritty and uncomfortable after. Is this normal? Should I persevere with it and maybe it will improve? I'm thinking maybe it takes time to really unclog the blocked eye glands etc?
