Warm random areas on body

For the past couple of days i've been experiencing random warm parts on my body. A few days ago my chest had a warm itching feeling. I've also had the same feeling on my back, legs and arms. While these areas are warm, small pinkish red spots break out in the warm areas but they do go after a couple of days.

They are definitely not any kind of bug bites as they are not itchy after they're on my body. It looks like the hair follicle has just turned pink and raised a bit. The closest answer i've found folliculitis but i'm not sure. Can anyone else help me diagnose this?
