You will need to get a medical professional to sort this for you - you will likely need to see a Urologist.
You need to get this sorted A/S/P as simply it most likely will continue to grow. or at least the longer it is in place it could cause other issues and be more difficult to treat.
See your own doctor / gp, or go to something like a sexual health service provider, in the UK, if that is where you live there are also GUM Clinics and most of these are based at General Hospitals.
(Search: GUM Clinic Near Me - because of COVID situation it would be best to phone any medical provider first to see whether you can get an in-person, or phone consultation where you can provide the photo-images you have)

Hi you will need treatment for this contact your GP ASAP. most likely they are warts yes.

I went to see a urologist he performed a urethrocystoscopy, no result in the urethra, concerning the meatus for him nothing abnormal it is a nitrogen burn scar by the dermatologist. A month later, it picks up in volume I'm desperate how to do it?
