i have had these for at least a year now. i have no pain or discomfort with whatever they are. seem to enlarge when i take a shower and luckily havent gotten bigger or anything. theyre kinda just there and really odd looking and feeling with some being larger and more raised than others. please help

First thing to do is get them tested so I would visit your primary doctor or a sexual health clinic, as that will determine the treatment plan.

I disagree with it being papules or another benign skin condition. Looks like genital warts to me.
