Wart or skin tag?

noticed this weeks ago, hasnt changed ,grown or anything. there is only one. been trying to get to doc hopfully this week. do warts grow in size and numbers fast ? or slow? had it for awhile.

im getting a 2nd opion because the doctor said there was nothing to worry about and didnt really give me answers
