Warts or skin tags?

I've noticed these bumps recently. They don't hurt or itch or burn and I haven't had any other symptoms. Are they just skin tags or warts?

could possibly be skin tags but do they often hurt

they haven't hurt at all. i only noticed them when i touched them

well I had a similar issue and the doctor said it could be from ingrowns

someone posted owns just like these on reddit this week and they were confirmed warts and had to get them treated . you should go to a doctor
