It took me the full 5-6 weeks to feel the benefit of this med, last two weeks I've felt "normal" again and been back at work, but our of no where I can feel the anxiety starting to creep through and really don't want to go back to square one!

Anyone else experienced episodes of feeling anxious ?

I think it's because I have a full on week at work and getting anxious as I've only just gone back after time off for the anxiety so yeah I suppose it could be a factor

    Hi Gem,

My thoughts are that our psychiatric medications are not bullet proof. It cannot fill up all the holes and cracks we were dealt with in life. I want to encourage you to fear not the ups and downs of life and to work on your coping skills. Consider the possibility that you may not have gone back to square one, but instead are just sailing on the waves of life where you learn something new about yourself with each swell.

    Am with you in spirit!
