Was on a plane 3 days ago and my ear is still clogged! What should I do?

I wasn’t sick my nose was a bit runny but nothing serious, it’s kind of like having a lot of water in my ear it’s like a muffled sound. I get some random pains as well, I don’t have insurance so I can’t go to the doctor, I went to Walgreens and the pharmacist recommended pseudoephedrine and it’s not helping. I’m getting scared it’s going on 3 days now and it still hasn’t popped. Any ideas on what I should do?
