Was this a hot flash, panic attack or Afib? Need some advice. Thanks!

I was extremely exhausted spending 14 hour days working on setting up and growing my new online business. SO this morning, I had to go to Best buy.

We had to wait in line as they were only allowing a limited number of people in, at a time. I was first in the shade and then as the line became smaller, I was in the sun on this part of the sidewalk closest to the entrance. I started getting very hot and bothered by the heat, I started to get a queezy feeling in my stomach, then I started to feel like light headed, and my heart started racing at the same rate, not like irregularly. I then went back to the shaded area and breathed and I was okay. Funny I felt even better after this than I did when I first arrived at best buy.

I don't do well with heat or humidy esp when i'm dehyrdated or underslept. So was this a hot flash, a panic attack or Afib and a heart problem. I think it's the former not the latter but just checking. Thanks.
