Hi guys can i ask what you wash your clothes/underwear in? Ive heard that washing detergent is something to avoid recently and wondering if anyone has found an alternative and noticed a difference?

Hi, I haven't noticed a significant difference, but just in case I have started using eco-friendly and hipoalergenic laundry detergent and little to no fabric conditioner (if use some, it is also hipoalergenic and eco-friendly). I also wash my underwear separately. I first do a pre-wash treatment (so that I remove all the leftover ointment or anything that could be staining them), then a normal wash and then extra rinse cycles just to be sure. Not sure if it makes any difference but I prefer washing them like that. Hope it helps.
