I was stung 3 weeks ago by a paper wasp. It healed very quickly and i did not feel any pain or anything by the next day. 1 week later the site swelled and was red, warm to the touch, and very itchy. It healed quite substantially but i see a rasied white spot where i was stung and my arm feels sore. its been 3 weeks since the sting. is this nerve problems maybe nerve damage? im worried about it. my arm feels strange and like its been overburdened.

I would tend to think the area might got infected especially if you scratched it as some of these bite can be itchy. Personally, i would go to the doctor just to get antibiotics and maybe some anti-allergic drugs.

Wish you the best recovery !!

And by the way, if you arm is still swollen, it might explain the numbness. No worry, very unlikely you do have a nerve damage by a wasp sting, especially a single sting.
