    Guess it makes sense to keep yourself hydrated and you have just planted a seed in my head,I ain't drank any water all day.I'm of for some water,cheers

    Drank two glasses of water half hour later my head is 100 times better,been s**t all day in bed,at least I am sitting up banging away on this pad lol,hopefully head won't hurt as bad for rest of night,I wish.Anyways it done the trick for now,now I'm of to the toilet lol.thx

      Glad i was of some help. I know I don't drink enough water but after reading yesterday about drinking plenty of water to help depression I've been drinking more today. I'd try anything to help. It does make you urinate more though.

    Hi Kat

    Yes I believe in drinking a fair amount of water especially natural without fluoride, as it helps me cool down if I'm getting hot about something. It certainly gives me a lift when I need it.

    Hi guys,

    Water is best used for hydration purposes only....the more hydrated you are the better your body feels. Less hydrated = more headaches, feeling tired.

    Hi kat, Matt is spot on there. Drinking water in moderate amounts will hydrate you and make you feel less groggy. Keeping a correct fluid balance level is crucial to maintaining your blood pressure. Thats why water is good for you. Its other things that change the brain chemistry that causes problems. Peter
