For some reason none of these new posts have come into my inbox so just noticed this one by looking up the forum. I feel as I drink water but still feel thirsty all the time so am trying to drink more too. Am beginning to think I might be dehydrated as I often sleep longer than normal so a probably going quite a long time without water. Also have dry mouth so hard to tell if I'm dehydrated and it's making my mouth dry or if  my dry mouth makes me think I need a drink when I don't!!
