Mineral water has always been one of most efficient diet smile But if you are able to drink it instead all other sweet drinks and juices that will be more than half of success.

Hi I havent done tthe water diet but I do drink a lot of water whilst on the fast two days diet

This is eating 500 caloies on two non consecutive days a week

I think you have to be in it for the long haul and not beat yourself up when going away or when "does " come up If these happen I put in an extra fast day to compensate

I have been on it for 18 months and have lost 42 Lbs

But the hip op is on the horizon so I'm really focusing to loose another 20

You do have loads of energy on your fast day and as you know you'll be eating the following day -But obviously not to excess

    Hope this helps

Well you bet guys. I been in hype with detoxifying my body. I need it badly, why? because my gall bladder are already removed, and believe me it's not easy, so here I am doing fasting, cleansing, detoxifying or anythin insense. Even became an advocate and health advisor because of it.
