Water sensations all over my body????

So for the past couple of weeks I keep getting water sensations in my body. First it started in my stomach (i would feel burning liquid moving around my abdomen and my back) then it moved on to my legs and arms, it was sort of like cold water dripping and then this week it moved on my my head. Now i constantly feel cold water all over my head. I went to the hospital on Sunday and they did a CAT scan of my head and blood test but didn't find anything. I constantly feel the liquid all over my body and now I feel it in my forehead, sometimes it feels like raindrops.
Last friday I woke up with my leg feeling swollen and for the rest of this week my leg has been feeling weak and heavy, and my arm too. It never ends and I can barely do anything because I feel these things constantly. Everytime I go to the doctors and they run tests they don't find anything but I still feel it. I'm scheduling an appointment with a neurologist tomorrow, hopefully they can help me with whatever this is. Has anybody else ever felt this before and does it go away/what was it?? I've been freaking myself out looking up my symptoms online and all this scary stuff keeps coming up specifically MS and I'm really scared because I'm only 18 and I'm supposed to be leaving for college in 3 weeks and I don't want to have a disease right now (or ever) but especially at this point in my life. Plus i have anxiety and all I ever do is worry about what this could be.
Sorry for such a long post, i'm not sure if any of this even made sense, but any input would be appreciated. I just want this to go away already....

You have to relax yourself look out for added symptoms and take it slow. Go and see your doctor about this. If you have daily consistent headaches, then it might be something more serious.

Hi how's your feeling now?
I'm a silent reader, I read your posts and comments on January this year because I'm also experiencing the same symptoms. I did all of the tests and found nothing, I'm completely healthy that's what the doctor told me. The doctor told me that I have mental issues and everything I feel is all in my head. of course I don't believe it because I know my body. I saw some people here recommend to check vitamin levels like B12, and I decided to ask my doctor to check it so we did, she added to check my calcium, minerals, vitamin D etc. and we found out that I'm low in vitamin D which it make sense since I'm working at night and I'm sleeping at daytime. Now I'm taking Vitamin D and changed my lifestyle, I'm living in a 4 season country it's hard for me to go out and sun bath so I have to. I just learned about it 1 week ago and so far I feel better.

can you update me on how you've been since your vitamin d supplement intake? I think you've given me the answer I've been looking for only just stumbled on this thread but it's helped me knowing I wasn't alone throughout this

heyy!
omg finally someone that has near symptoms like me! i have been feeling that water rush/drops feeling but just right below my beck and neck. ive gone doctor after doctor and NONE have helped or gave me a specific answer. I am also pending to see a neurologist soon. This water feeling got worse after having COVID-19 in May 2020. I was wondering if you also has COVID-19?? Maybe its a side effect from that.

This has happened to me a number of times over the years, the most recent being a couple of hours ago which has got me here. It's always the same I am indoors, its it is not raining, there is no sign of leak in the ceiling and for no apparent reason I feel a small drop of water on my skin.
Today it was three or four times on my hands arm but I have felt all over the body over the years. I feel it the most when I expect it or think of it .I have also felt it when my legs are under the table. It doesn't depend on the wetness but on how wetness sensors are working. My son is 12 -and recently keeps looking up and thinking water drops on him. He was serious and i thought maybe our neighbors upstairs was flooding as it has happened in the past. Then again in the Apple store and again 2 more times. He always super genuine that hes looking up to the sky or ceiling. I sort was joking with him because I really thought he was playing around at first or was just being silly maybe. But I realize hes not playing around when he keeps looking around and up to look for water. i sort thought maybe its some nerve issue. i have neuropathy from hernated disc that has improve but also has been bety severe before. I'm familiar with phatom pain and also aware that even trauma or stress can trigger some issues like this. im 41 so i have a little experience. After reading everyone exp I really am concered this could get worse and to hear that physcians dont know how to treat is very frustrating for everyone. My son is active hes an athlete plays 4 sports and was a 1st year swimmer preCovid-19. He gained a few pound due to Covid life but overall Drs not concered that hes over weight. He did well acamedically during Zoom school but has some borderline ADHD issues hes has worked on and continued to remain focused wirh lots of reminders. No recent sport injurys but some stress possibly due to me having a new baby last year and he has been expected to do more and has less time with me. I really hope everyone finds more answrs Nd if anyone has more info or links to understand this more please reply.

ive been experiencing the same thing, i have a bennetts fracture and recently just had surgery. i have 2 k-wires in my thumb. and didnt feel this until after a week of my surgery. they change my cast to a half splint with a air vent over my incision. and it now feels asif some hot water or fluid type (could be blood). not a clue what it is. but it feels asif its releasing into my body from my hand and is trickling down my arm, then down my side, and all over my body. its been 5 days now. none stop and i have spoke to the hand unit and she doesnt seem to understand what im going on about and basically told me that its nothing and there is nothing there. it is giving me extreme anxiety knowing that you can feel it leaking all over your body and no one seems to run any tests or believe you.
